Our story
Built on disciplined growth.
Aplast Group began in 1992 as a single-press molding shop in Cleveland, Ohio, serving regional automotive suppliers. The mandate was narrow and unglamorous: hold the tolerance, hit the date, document the result.
That discipline compounded. We added extrusion, then a European plant, then in-house tooling — each step taken only when we could prove the process before promising the part. Growth has always followed capability, never the reverse.
Today the same principles govern nine production lines across three continents: engineer it, measure it, then scale it.

Established as a single-press injection molding shop serving regional automotive suppliers.

ISO 9001 certified
Formalized the quality management system that still anchors every production line today.

Extrusion division
Added profile and tubing extrusion, expanding into medical and construction markets.

European facility
Opened the Stuttgart plant to shorten lead times for EU and OEM partners.

In-house tooling
Brought mold design and tool fabrication under one roof for full-cycle custom programs.

Bio-resin program
Launched validated processing for PCR and bio-based resins across all three plants.
